1. Pre-Submission Cancellation & Full Refund Guarantee
At SMART TRIP ADVENTURE TOURISM L.L.C., client satisfaction is our highest priority. If you cancel your application prior to official submission to the UAE General Directorate of Residency & Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) system, you are eligible for a 100% full refund of agency service fees.
2. Pre-Audit Approval Protection Guarantee
Our AI document inspection system automatically audits all passport copies, photographs, and visa eligibility criteria before submission. If our system detects non-compliance or document errors, our officers will contact you immediately to rectify the issue before government processing.
3. Non-Refundable Government Fee Policy

4. Processing Timeframes for Approved Refunds
